Spacious and Comfortable

I recently stayed at Ocean Plaza Resort and loved the spaciousness of the two-bedroom apartment I booked. The lounge and dining area were huge, and the fully equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare meals. I was also impressed with the modern furniture and tasteful decor throughout the unit. Each window showcased beautiful water views, and waking up to the sunrise was such a treat.

Relaxing Pool Area

During my stay, I took advantage of the heated pool, which was perfect for a relaxing afternoon. It was well-maintained and just the right temperature for swimming. The pool area was spacious, allowing plenty of room to lounge around, and I appreciated how inviting it was. Kid-Friendly Facilities

We had a fantastic time at Ocean Plaza with our kids! The pool area was great for children, and we felt comfortable letting them splash around while we relaxed nearby. Convenient Parking Experience

I was pleased with the secure parking available at Ocean Plaza. The underground parking was easy to navigate, and I felt reassured leaving my car there. With access right to the lifts, it made getting to our apartment effortless, which was a huge plus for me. Traveling with family, this convenience truly alleviated any stress while we enjoyed our holiday.

Our stay at the resort was quite a mixed bag. While we loved the location right on the beach, and the pool area was well-kept, the condition of the room was extremely disappointing. We encountered issues with cleanliness and comfort that left us feeling underwhelmed, especially given the price we paid.

I had an overall mixed experience at the resort. The location is fantastic, with easy access to shopping and a beautiful beach right across the street, but the room I stayed in was quite dated and clearly hadn't seen any renovations in ages. While the staff did reach out to help with a lost item, I felt there could be more attention given to the upkeep of the apartments and overall customer service.

We had a lovely stay at this resort with breathtaking views, especially from the 17th floor! The service was exceptional with a friendly reception team that goes above and beyond. However, the cleanliness of our unit could use a bit more attention, and there were some maintenance issues due to the age of the building.
